Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions below relate to registrations for the 48th Annual Conference of IAEA taking place from 24-29 September 2023. Completion of the registration information signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

  1. 48th Annual Conference of IAEA registration fee includes access to all the conference sessions, pre workshops, exhibition area, lunch and social events. Tours (Wednesday) are not included in this fee.
  2. Access will not be given until payment has been received.
  3. Payment may be made by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard) or invoice (bank transfer) and must be received within 3 weeks of registration.
  4. All presenters must register and pay by September 15. Online registration closes on September 23, 2023.
  5. Cancellation policy for: A refund of previously paid registration fees will be made as follows: Notification in writing by 8 September 2023: full refund less US$75 administration fee; Notification from 9 September 2023: no refund. 
  6. Please note in the event of cancellation, bank, credit card charges and administration fees incurred by IAEA will not be refunded.
  7. Completion of the registration information signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  8. Virtual Pass: 48th Annual Conference of IAEA registration virtual pass does not include access to Simultaneous Sessions, Welcome reception and Gala dinner. Tours (Wednesday) are not included in this fee.
